If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, this is free of charge up to 24 hours after making your booking, after which you will be liable for a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. This cancellation fee amounts for booked accommodation and camping pitches:
for cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the total price stated in the confirmation;
for cancellation within three to two months before the arrival date, 50% of the total price stated in the confirmation;
for cancellation within two to one months before the arrival date, 75% of the total price stated in the confirmation;
for cancellation within one month before the arrival date, 90% of the total price stated in the confirmation;
in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price stated in the confirmation.
Even if you do not appear on the start date, you will owe 100% of the total price mentioned in the confirmation (rental price incl. additional costs/excluding local taxes).
