Prior to your arrival
We look forward to welcoming you.
The Access or Attraction Passes will be mailed to you the day before your arrival.
Step 1: Complete your travel party in My Dierenbos. Fill in the names and dates of birth, that way we can already create an entrance- or Attraction Pass for everyone.
Step 2: enter your license plate number in advance on My Dierenbos so that after you check in, the barrier will automatically open for you.
Arrival
You can check in from 15:00 at the reception. If the reception is closed, you can pick up your key at the restaurant. On your arrival day you can already use all the facilities, including the swimming pool, and the Attraction Pass all day.
Do you want access to your accommodation as early as 1 p.m.? Then book an early check-in for € 27,50. The early check-in can be booked by phone at: 088-9000360. Based on availability.
In your accommodation is waiting for you:
- Bed linen (included in your booking)
During your stay
- Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool
- Help take care of the animals
- Come play a game of bowling
- Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at our restaurant
- Go on an unlimited safari in the Safari Park with the Attraction Pass (can be booked for an additional fee via My Dierenbos)
Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to leave the accommodation before 10:00 am and check out at the reception. After checking out, you can still use all the facilities of Holiday Park Dierenbos and the Attraction Pass all day.
Give the cleaning a hand before your departure:
- Dispose of waste at the recycling centre
- Remove bed linen and place it in the linen bag in the hallway
- Leave the kitchen inventory clean and empty the dishwasher
- Leave the refrigerator clean
- Put the TV on standby
- Leaving the floors swept clean
- Switch off the lights throughout the accommodation
- Report any broken inventory to reception
